Melt Myofascial Release Therapy Balls
Release your fascial restrictions
Choose area of tightness, fascial restriction, place the Meltme MFR ball on the tight restricted muscle. Do not roll around. Sink into the ball “melt” your fascia, take deep long breathes. Hold for up to 5 minutes, until you feel your fascia soften/release. Move to another area of facial restriction, repeat, NOT over bony prominences.
